While the business operations and revenues of the AHRA have been merged into the AHA, certain assets of the AHRA including a building, land, interest in the Arabian Jockey Club and the registration database were transferred to the PAT. A License and Security Agreement between the PAT and AHA provides for one-third of the purebred Arabian registration revenue to be paid quarterly to the PAT to ensure adequate funding of an ongoing market development and promotion effort for the purebred Arabian breed.
